Job Description

The People Insights Team leverages data to help leaders and other stakeholders across ServiceNow make better decisions about people. We are passionate about making ServiceNow an incredible place to work for every employee and helping ServiceNow achieve its mission. We believe leveraging data will help us make better decisions about our talent.

What you get to do in this role:

Use SQL to automate manual data processes and/or projects
Build Power BI & ServiceNow dashboards to present and visualize data insights to various stakeholders
Use advanced data analysis techniques to analyze and interpret large, complex datasets
Build complex queries, tables and views in Snowflake utilizing both a normalized and de-normalized dataset
Help build the infrastructure and automation to ensure talent data are used effectively across ServiceNow

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

Expertise in Business Intelligence, Math/Statistics, Computer Science or related fields
Strong understanding of statistical methods and concepts
Experience in Power BI or other BI data visualization tools
Strong knowledge and experience in Python and SQL
Strong communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high concentration on attention to detail.
