  • Roles and Responsibilities:Initiate phone calls to students of the designated category to gather feedback on their experiences.
  • Create a comfortable and open environment to encourage students to share their opinions, suggestions, and concerns.
  • Record feedback accurately and ensure that all relevant information is captured during the conversation.
  • Calculate Net Promoter Score using the feedback received, identifying promoters, passives, and detractors.
  • Compile feedback data and generate comprehensive reports on a regular basis.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis to understand industry trends, best practices, and potential areas of differentiation.
  • Compare our institution’s performance with that of competitors in terms of student satisfaction and feedback.
  • Skills Required:Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of excel and docs
  • Basic knowledge of business fundamentals
  • Strong knowledge in the edtech field
  • BBA, BCA, B.com Post Graduate or any graduate
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
  • Prior experience in feedback collection, NPS calculation, and competitor analysis is a plus.
