- Roles and Responsibilities:Initiate phone calls to students of the designated category to gather feedback on their experiences.
- Create a comfortable and open environment to encourage students to share their opinions, suggestions, and concerns.
- Record feedback accurately and ensure that all relevant information is captured during the conversation.
- Calculate Net Promoter Score using the feedback received, identifying promoters, passives, and detractors.
- Compile feedback data and generate comprehensive reports on a regular basis.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to understand industry trends, best practices, and potential areas of differentiation.
- Compare our institution’s performance with that of competitors in terms of student satisfaction and feedback.
- Skills Required:Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of excel and docs
- Basic knowledge of business fundamentals
- Strong knowledge in the edtech field
- BBA, BCA, B.com Post Graduate or any graduate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
- Prior experience in feedback collection, NPS calculation, and competitor analysis is a plus.
