NTT DATA, services. currently seeks a “Service Desk Associate –  English’ to join our Office/Team in “Noida Sector 144 – Noida”


Position’s General Duties and Tasks: 

  1. Must have completed Graduation; BTech or equivalent technical degree and or Microsoft certifications would be added advantage.
  2. Answers the customers’ contacts via agreed channels and record reported issues.
  3. Identifies issues, apply fixes and investigate root causes using internal instructions.
  4. Provides technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritizing and resolving problems over telephone, chat and e-mail.
  5. Good technical inclination, logical thinking, solve simple issues on laptop/desktops like internet-related issues, VPN, office related issues, install/uninstall apps, many more

Role Overview

  • The Service Desk Associate advises and assists users over the phone/chat/email  in solving problems related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals using available technology and internal processes & procedures. Screens, diagnoses, research, and resolves user issues. 
  • Documents service requests and dispatches orders to support groups for problem resolution. Advises users on the interpretation of Information Technology (IT) policies, capabilities, limitations, etc. 
  • Provides quick response to ensure maximum uptime of all users.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manages customer interactions & records reported issues in the ITSM
  • Identifies issues, apply fixes and investigate root causes using internal instructions.
  • Provides technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritizing, and resolving problems by telephone and e-mail
  • Screens, refers and diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests relating to PC maintenance
  • Participates in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers and departments within the organization, to ensure that all on-line system problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner


Compensation:
For 3 years full time Graduates (BCA/BSc/ BBA /BCom – Computers)

  1. During training period a stipend of Rs. 8000/- PM will be paid.
  2. After successful completion of the training a salary of Rs 2,80,000 P.A will be paid.


For 4 years full time Engineers (BE/BTech/MCA – CS/IT/EEE/ECE)

  1. During training period a stipend of Rs. 12000/- PM will be paid.
  2. After successful completion of the training a salary of Rs 3,00,000 P.A will be paid.
