The CIX (Consumer Identity Experiences) team in the Windows+Devices group is focused on building client experiences and services that light up Microsoft Account experiences across all devices and platforms. We are passionate about working together to build delightful and inclusive account experiences that empower customers to get the most out of what Microsoft has to offer.
The CIX team is responsible for driving innovation for new marquee user interfaces used by Windows customers around the world. We’re looking for a collaborative, inclusive and customer obsessed engineer to help us build the future of Windows Authentication experiences like Passkeys as well as engage with our customers by building experiences to help users keep their account secure and connected across multiple devices and applications.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience
- Experience with relevant programming skills in C#, C++ or equivalent
- Ability to understand unfamiliar code bases, and debug server-side, multi-threaded, and highly scalable applications.
- Experience in working with Windows system level programming and developing device drivers.
- Demonstrated results working with a global team
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work well in a diverse, global, team-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- OR related technical field AND 1+ year(s) technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript,
- OR Python
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
