• Effective Communication: Excellent command of English in both written and oral forms, necessary for clear documentation and communication of findings. ​
• Analytical Documentation: Ability to clearly document analytical processes, model findings, and maintain simplicity in explanations for ease of understanding. ​
• Learning and Adaptability: Eager to learn new skills and technologies, and capable of adapting to new challenges and solutions in analytics. ​

Qualifications:​

• Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute. ​
• Technical Proficiency: Well-versed in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a significant advantage. ​
• Foundational Industry Knowledge: Exposure to data analytics concepts and practices, with an understanding of basic analytical methodologies.

Prior Experience:​

• Entry-Level Position: Suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience, preferably with exposure to Market Mix Modelling or similar analytical roles. ​
• Data Analytic Skills: Basic knowledge of data analytics, with any hands-on experience being an advantageous addition.
