Responsibilities
• Execute defined processes per documentation and instructions • Raise any questions or roadblocks to Specialist immediately for resolution • Able to identify process gaps during execution and raise said gaps to team leads and BLK Leads for further clarification / definition • Accountable for following specified instructions • Skills: Advance Excel, SQL desired, basic Google research skills, ability to follow detailed processes accurately • Strong sense of personal accountability and ownership for work product
