Analyst—Level 2 Desktop Engineer (0 -1 years IT exp.)
Come join our team of Client End User support team and play a significant role as a Desktop Engineer.
Work you’ll do
The primary responsibility is Desktop Administration within the End User Technology team, which includes Application and Desktop Support, based on the agreed scope and SLAs by leveraging the existing technology and platforms.
The team
The End User Technology (Client Admin) team is responsible to manage, govern and support end user Operating Systems, drivers, and applications on devices like laptops, MacBook’s, iPhones and printers at Deloitte. We take this protective role very seriously, while simultaneously ensuring Deloitte meets client, security, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Required skills:
· Good Knowledge on
§ Client Operating Systems and Office 365-
· Win10, Windows 11, macOS and company provided iPhones.
· O365- Troubleshooting Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams,
§ Remote Desktop Services, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix Desktop.
§ Vulnerability (Security) Management on end user devices.
§ Basic understanding of VBScript, PowerShell scripting.
· Communication and Collaboration Skills
§ Should be good in interacting directly with end users and involving stakeholders like peer teams and senior administrators for application/project delivery, or support, whenever needed.
§ Problem solving skills with the ability to understand multiple approaches and multitasking.
§ Ability to adapt to new technologies and work environments.
§ Good communication skills and understanding of Agile methodology.
Good to have skills:
· Microsoft O365 and Endpoint Administrator Associate certification.
