PayU is hiring for the role of Product Intern!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Benchmarking Competition: Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors to understand market trends and identify areas for product development and enhancement.
- Product Development: Assist in the development of new D2C products, focusing on innovation and user-centric solutions.
- Program Management: Working closely with internal stakeholders including Product managers and Operations across various divisions within PayU to help develop new products and streamline the backend processes of product activation on merchants within specified timelines
- Product Roadmap Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- External stakeholder management: Identify potential external partners to develop products and maintain continuous engagement
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new and revamped products.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track product performance, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of product roadmap planning and execution.
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and product marketing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative thinker with an ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
- Prior internship or project experience in product management or related fields is a plus.
