Flipkart invites you to an intriguing and informative Business Development Certification Program(BDCP). It is a 2-year full time certification program aimed at students, who want to build a career in the Business Development and logistics industry. BDCP offers classroom training, on the job training, learning assignment, immersions and leadership connects with a vision to build Business development leaders for tomorrow.
Eligible candidates will have to go through the screening process and the candidates who clear the screening process successfully will join Flipkart as BDCP trainees for a period of 2 years. BDCP trainees will be paid a stipend of 30,000 – 40,000 depending upon their joining location.
If you have passed from Batch 2022 / 2023 / 2024, Please confirm on your interest for the Business Development Certification Program(BDCP) so that we can initiate your screening process.

BDCP Eligibility and Evaluation Criteria
- MA/MBA/B.E/MCA/PGDM/MSc (any domain) -Pass out Batch 2022/2023/2024
- Two rounds of aptitude
- Panel Interview
- HR Interview
BDCP Stipend and Benefits
